How We Work

To provide better service to our customers, we prefer to meet with people by appointment. At our initial meeting, we visit you at your home, which allows us to see the space you have available for your bathroom remodel. Before we even begin discussing designs and options, we’ll already have a vision of your exact space. 

During this initial meeting, we discuss all details of a bathroom remodeling project, including the process, your budget and any ideas you already have. All this is part of your free initial consultation, with no obligation on your part. 

If you decide that we are a good match to work together on your remodel, we then draw up a design contract, which explains what the scope of the project will be and the cost to do the design work. This ensures that we are all on the same page and there is no miscommunication. From there, we invite you to visit our Design Studio in Mechanicsville, MD, to view products and start selecting the materials for your bathroom, or we can bring samples to your home to see how they match existing features of the home.
